The staff, especially Derek, Ankush, Sunil, Simran, and Anamika. We were pleasantly surprised with a double room upgrade, arranged by Derek in advance of our anniversary celebration - a gesture that truly made our vacation memorable.The spacious and beautifully designed cottage we stayed in, with its comfortable sitting area and scenic sea view deck, exceeded our expectations. The seamless check-in and check-out processes, along with the delightful welcome music and sea shell garlands, added a personal touch to our stay. The variety of facilities, including the pool, kids activity room, fitness center, and private beach, catered to every member of our family. Their sister property, Taj Aguada, conveniently located nearby, offered additional dining options and activities. The culinary experience at Caravela restaurant was exceptional, with a special mention to the delicious Goan cuisines. The attention to detail by the entire hotel team, from beach staff to housekeeping, was outstanding and truly made our anniversary special - from room decorations with roses to a warm bath filled with roses and a perfect chocolate cake.The impeccable service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional attention to detail at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa surpassed any other five-star properties I have stayed in. The dedication of the staff to ensuring a memorable stay sets this hotel apart.
